Take CD out of case

Hold agaisnt phone (see above image for your type of phone)

Click on the prompt and follow instructions to set up an account

Once your account is set up you will have access to the Mothers Day Video & the Album once it is released.

TAPPING THE NFC CHIP

All smartphones since 2015 have included NFC-reading technology. That said, if your fan can't activate their item, we suggest the following:

Ask if their NFC-setting is enabled.

Confirm whether they are tapping their phone and the item correctly. See the following page for guidance.

If your fan is still struggling despite these steps, recommend that they use a friend or family member's device. Once they log into Serenade they will be able to access the files on their own device.
