How to Purchase
When you find an item that you like, be sure to use the drop-down window and select the appropriate size, click the 'Add to Basket' button. The items you have chosen will appear in 'Your Basket' this button is located to the right of your screen. To finalize your purchase, click 'Checkout' (at the bottom right hand side of your cart). Please review and make sure the items, sizes and quantity are correct. If there is a mistake, you can remove the item in the checkout by selecting "remove" in your basket. Once you are happy with the items in 'Your Basket' click the 'Checkout' button and follow the payment instructions to complete your order. Please check sizes carefully as we try our best to keep the stock up to date, please be sure to check the size available. Often Vintage and Tour T's may have a limited variety of sizes as they have limited print runs.
There is a two step process in ordering before your order is completed. In the first step you supply your email, billing and shipping address and phone number. In step two you are given the opportunity to select the method of shipping and payment. Once you have completed entering your address and credit card information press 'Submit' the order is complete and an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you. This will have your order number, complete order details and shipping address. Please review this information, print out the document and save it for your records. If there are any mistakes on this e-mail confirmation, please email us right away and reference your order number.
Method of Payment
The shop accepts Visa and Mastercard payments. Payments can be made through the store payment gateway or via PayPal.
You do not have to be registered with PayPal to make a payment via PayPal as the payment process allows you to pay by credit card without signing up for an account.
All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars. Non-Australian currency figures are all approximations based on the current exchange rate. This rate and charges you receive are dependent upon your own financial institutions terms and conditions.
All articles will be sold at the quoted Australian price. For overseas orders the exchange rate will be the rate that your credit card provider uses at the time of the transaction. Prices listed on the page and in the shopping cart do not include shipping, handling fees or taxes. As you check out you will be able to choose the shipping option which best suites you. The final price will be displayed prior to entering your credit card number and will also be sent to you in the confirmation e-mail.
There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country which you will be entirely responsible for.
While we make every effort to keep our product information online up to date, it is possible for the website to display an item or size as available when it is in fact out of stock and either temporarily or permanently unavailable.
If an item is permanently unavailable we will cancel that part of your order and process a full refund for the price of that item. If an item on your order is out of stock we will inform you via email and confirm if it is to be re-stocked or deleted. We may offer you an alternative item but otherwise we will refund the total price of the out of stock/unavailable item and ship any other items on your order.

Can I return or exchange items purchased at a gig?
No, items purchased at a gig are final sale only and cannot be exchanged through the store.
