Shipping and Delivery

How do I know my order has shipped?

The items are personally folded and packaged with your invoice. Our warehouse will then notify you by email that your package has been dispatched. Your tracking number will be included if available.

 

Should I choose to use registered post, which delivery method should I choose?

We do recommend using Registered Post, registered mail requires you to sign for the package and/or pick it up at the post office. If you choose not to use registered mail we can only guarantee that your package has been given to the Post office. We cannot guarantee the delivery address, as this is something you must do in the order process and order confirmation received by email. We rely on the Australian post to deliver it to the proper address. Without registered post we cannot guarantee who is accepting the parcel.


Standard Post  - since we are based in Sydney all delivery methods should be quite expedient to all metropolitan cities - Brisbane and Melbourne should be delivered in 2 to 3 days business days.  Rural areas can take a few more days.


Express Post - (requires a signature) it is the fastest method and includes guaranteed next business day delivery with basic tracking online. For Perth, Express Post would be the quickest method.

 

How will my order be shipped?

We understand the need to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Currently we are using Australia Post so that your package arrives quickly and includes a tracking number if you choose registered or express mail.


Do you ship internationally?

We are currently shipping to New Zealand, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Denmark, Netherlands, Sweden, Spain, United States and Canada. We will be adding availability to other countries in the future. If you would like to be able to receive Jimmy Barnes merchandise where you are please email us at support@jimmybarnes.com


How much does shipping cost?

During Step 2 of the order process you will be able to see the available shipping methods and the cost of shipping, you will not be charged anything at this point, you can choose to cancel the order at this time and return to the store.


Australian Orders - Standard Post Registered (recommended)

Under 0.5kg - $8.00

0.5kg to 1kg - $9.00

1kg to 2kg - $10.00

2kg to 3kg - $12.00 



Australian Orders - Express Post

note - Guaranteed Next Business Day - If posted on any business day Monday to Friday in accordance with the conditions set out on the item from the date the item is shipped. Express Mail includes basic tracking.)

0.5kg to 1.5kg - $13.00

2 to 3 kg - $16

 

-For International orders please refer to the shipping method and the cost available to you during Step 2 of the order process, you will not be charged anything at this point, you can always choose to cancel, and return to the store at the bottom of the page.

Orders to the United States include a $9 postal surcharge which complies with United States security requirements.

Australian Registered Post - Proof of posting and signature on delivery for parcels up to 2kg. Delivery is 5-7 business days from shipping.

Express Post International - Express delivery in 3-7 business days between metro areas of major cities from shipping.

Express Courier International Merchandise - Express delivery in 3-7 business days between metro areas of major cities from shipping. 


Will my order incur customs charges?

Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. The shop does not have any control over these charges and is unable to advise what they will be as it is based on your own country regulations. Please contact your local customs for further information.


What happens if my items get lost in the mail?

If you have chosen Registered or Express Post and a package is lost, the first thing to do is contact the carrier your order was sent with and quote your tracking number that was sent to you in your confirmation email. If your items are unable to be located by the carrier, we will then investigate from our end. For more help finding your package email us.


What happens if an item is missing from my order?

Sometimes orders can be sent in multiple satchels/boxes as they may not fit in one package. In the unlikely event that we have missed an item off your order, we will arrange to have a replacement item sent straight away.


What happens if I receive an incorrect item?

If you receive an incorrect item on your order, please email us straight away and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.


Do you deliver to PO Box Address?

We can deliver to PO Box address in Australia.


Can you deliver to my work address?

Yes, we can deliver to your place of work. Please ensure you include the business name in the shipping of your order so the delivery driver can find you easily.
